2. Your Files & Content
ToolSpring is a client-side tool that processes files entirely within your browser. We do not upload, store, access, or transmit your files to any server. This means:
- No hosting of user content: Your files never leave your device during processing.
- No access to your content: We have no technical ability to view, copy, or retain any files you process.
- Full user ownership: You retain all rights to any files you process using our tools, both the input files and the output results.
3. Reporting Concerns
Although we do not host user content, if you believe that any content on the ToolSpring website (such as text, images, or branding) infringes on your intellectual property rights, please contact us with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you believe has been infringed
- The specific URL or location on our site where the alleged infringement appears
- Your contact information (name, email address, and, if applicable, the organization you represent)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and process any files with our tools. ToolSpring does not verify the ownership or licensing status of files you process.
By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have obtained all necessary rights to the files you process
- Your use of our tools does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights
- You will comply with all applicable laws regarding intellectual property and content ownership
